This loyalty program rewards multiple purchases of the same brand and product. When you buy the required number of bags of dog, cat, or small animal food at Global Pet Foods Stores, you get one bag FREE. Most brands are buy 12 bags and get 1 free, but the number of required purchases varies by brand. Visit us in store for details.
Your Frequent Buyer progress is tracked in our system and printed at the bottom of every receipt. You can also download the Global Pet Foods app from the app store and track your transactions and buyer program progress.

Absolutely! Your Frequent Buyer Card (or phone number) are your key to your Free Food Program account which can be tracked at every Global Pet Foods location.
Yes. If you have your original receipt, you may return an opened bag—if it is at least half full—within 30 days of purchase (some restrictions apply). Non-contaminated returned foods are donated to local animal rescues and shelters to help pets in need. See store for full details.

No we do not sell pets, but we do support and partner with local rescues, as well as host adoption events from time to time.
Yes, please! We love when pets come to visit. For the safety of all animals and shoppers, we ask that pets are leashed and small pets are in their carriers when they visit. If you do not have a leash or carrier, you can borrow one of ours — just ask.
